Chutney

Traditional Coconut chutney

Ingredients

1 coconut
3-4 green chilies
2 tbsp. roasted gram dal
salt to taste


Making of chutney

  1. Grate the coconut
  2. Cut the green chilies into half
  3. Now add the above two into a mixer jar also add 2 tbsp. of roasted gram dal and salt to taste
  4. Add a few amount of water into the jar (Do not add too much of water)
  5. Switch on the mixer-grinder 
  6. Take a bowl and get the chutney into it
  7. Now heat a kadai and add a little edible oil into it add a pinch of Rai  then add the chutney
  8. SERVE

                   Dosa Tastes best with this chutney.....
