Traditional Coconut chutney
Ingredients
1 coconut
3-4 green chilies
2 tbsp. roasted gram dal
salt to taste
Making of chutney
- Grate the coconut
- Cut the green chilies into half
- Now add the above two into a mixer jar also add 2 tbsp. of roasted gram dal and salt to taste
- Add a few amount of water into the jar (Do not add too much of water)
- Switch on the mixer-grinder
- Take a bowl and get the chutney into it
- Now heat a kadai and add a little edible oil into it add a pinch of Rai then add the chutney
- SERVE
